Payment and Shipping

CONTINENTAL SHIPPING

Free shipping within Canada and the Continental United States.

In-stock items will usually ship within 48 hours. Items that are currently out of stock but available for backorder may take 6-8 weeks to ship.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

A flat rate fee of $100 will be applied to all international orders. Please allow 14 – 30 days for shipments.

 

Mode of Shipments

Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes that may be levied by local governments. These fees must be paid to release your shipment from customs upon arrival.

YOGAJEWELZ uses FedEx as our courier for all shipments. Every package is insured for the security of your order and peace of mind. Once an order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number.

Expected delivery time frames are provided for general guidance only.

All packages will require a signature upon delivery as determined by our courier.

Please also note that we do not ship to post office boxes  (PO boxes).

 

Taxes

All International or US based purchases made on YOGAJEWELZ.COM are exempt from Canadian taxes.

Canadian orders are taxed according to provincial and federal requirements.

 

Payment

We accept payment from PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  Once your payment has been authorized we will email you a receipt confirming your order.

Shopping at our site is safe and secure.  All payment and order data is fully encrypted.

 

Returns & Refunds

We accept order cancellations only within 24 hours from the time that the order is placed.

We guarantee your total satisfaction with our products. We will gladly accept items for an exchange, a refund or a merchandise credit within seven (7) days of purchase. Items may only be exchanged or returned with proof of purchase, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition, unworn, in their original packaging, and enclosed with their original invoice.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.  Any additional costs (duties if applicable) will not be credited.  We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returned items.

We cannot accept returns on international shipments.

We guarantee the highest level of craftsmanship and quality of material for all our pieces.

All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA).

We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit.

Once a return arrives at our warehouse, it will take us 7-10 days to receive, inspect and process. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.
